Ball control
is one of the keys to ultimate Soccer ball skill
and must be
perfected to be successful on the field of play.
The Trainee
in this mode has to focus on accuracy and touch to receive a
proper foot trap. The ball must be struck with a crisp strike
at mid level off the ULTIMAGOAL Control Plane. Then the Trainee
must stay on their toes and has to quickly position themself
for a properly controlled foot trap. The foot trap should be
performed by catching the ball on the top, side and bottom of
foot, with the ball being under total control by the Trainee.
