contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization
request. If ULTIMAGOAL and its parts are not in their original
packaging or parts are not in new like condition, a refurbishing
and restocking fee of fifteen percent of original purchase price
may be deducted. The money-back guarantee is a limited one time
offer. We are happy to refund your purchase one time, but not
for subsequent purchases.

Warranty
ULTIMAGOAL Inc. warrants ULTIMAGOAL's four Steel tubular frames
and Back-Passer Bar will be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date
of purchase. During this period, ULTIMAGOAL Inc. will replace,
without cost, any of ULTIMAGOAL's four Steel tubular frames
or Back-Passer Bar to be found defective in material or workmanship,
including shipping to the customer, parts and labor charges.
This warranty does not cover damage from repairs made or attempted
by other than ULTIMAGOAL Inc., abuse, normal wear and tear,
lack of maintenance, or accidents.

Warranty terms and conditions
The following warranty terms and conditions apply to ULTIMAGOAL's
four Steel tubular frames and Back-Passer Bar, as specified
by manufacturer. These terms
and conditions shall be applicable only within original purchase
date.
ULTIMAGOAL - 1 Year Hassle-Free
Replacement
With purchase, ULTIMAGOAL Inc. warrants the applicable ULTIMAGOAL's
four Steel tubular frames and Back-Passer Bar to be free of
defects in material and workmanship, for a period of one (1)
year from original date of purchase from ULTIMAGOAL Inc. (the
"Warranty Period"). If one of the applicable ULTIMAGOAL's
four Steel tubular frames or Back-Passer Bar fails within the
Warranty period, ULTIMAGOAL Inc. will directly replace the suspect
steel tubular frame or Back-Passer Bar through the online or
phone claim process.
ULTIMAGOAL Inc. will repair or replace without cost any one
of ULTIMAGOAL's four Steel tubular frames or Back-Passer Bar
to be found defective in materials or workmanship, including
shipping to the customer, parts and labor charges. If a claim
is made on one of ULTIMAGOAL's four Steel tubular frames or
Back-Passer Bar within the warranty period, the suspect Steel
tubular frame or Back-Passer Bar will be required to be evaluated
by ULTIMAGOAL Inc. and certified before resolution. Customer
is to provide postage and packaging to the ULTIMAGOAL Service
Center. Successive claims are subject to be replaced as determined
by ULTIMAGOAL Inc. guidelines. Any service and or replacements
conducted through the warranty process are subject to the term
of the original warranty period. Terms do not restart at the
time of replacement. All additional parts are covered under
the Thirty Day Money Back Guarantee. ULTIMAGOAL Inc. shall in
no event be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect,
punitive or special damages other than as set forth above. ULTIMAGOAL
Inc. makes no other warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever,
express or implied, except that of title, and all implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are
hereby disclaimed.
